Shipping

Aust Doors Co. delivers using our own fleet for most of the eastern seaboard and external courier services for other regions in Australia due to the size and weight of our products. Please provide a valid daytime delivery address, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. You must be available to accept courier deliveries, and re-delivery charges will apply if you are not present. Include a daytime phone number with your shipping details for any necessary delivery communications.

Due to the size and weight of our products, tailgate delivery is required and included in our shipping prices.

Delivery times provided by Aust Doors Co. are estimates only. We are not responsible for late deliveries or any loss or damage resulting from them. If the courier attempts to deliver the goods and no one is available to receive them, the goods will be returned and a new delivery schedule will be arranged, incurring additional delivery charges.

Aust Doors Co. does not offer unpacking, installation, or packaging removal services. We are a supply-only company. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses and are not liable for any associated loss.

Shipping Time

Aust Doors Co. dispatches all items within 7-10 days of receiving your order and payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 10 – 12 days: Sydney, Illawarra, Eastern NSW, ACT, and South East QLD (Freight calculated at checkout)
  • 12 – 14 days: Western NSW and NE Victoria (External Freight calculated at checkout)
  • 15 – 21 days: Rest of QLD, VIC, SA, NT, WA, and TAS (Freight quoted separately after checkout, a new amended invoice will be supplied)

Pickup

Pickup is available at our warehouse located at 23 Waynote Pl, Unanderra NSW 2526. An Aust Doors Co. representative will provide a specific date and time for each order pickup.

Returns

Please inspect your item thoroughly upon delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging or the doors, notify Aust Doors Co. immediately.

Choose carefully as Aust Doors Co. does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect decisions due to the customization of our products. Returns are only accepted for goods found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery. Orders for custom-made items will only be refunded if found to be faulty.

All packaging must be retained, or claims will not be accepted. Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the customer’s responsibility to retrieve. Aust Doors Co. will not pay to return these items to you.

Contact us via email, providing a reason for the return and photographs of any faults or damage before returning items. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
